1. Characters are not in English?
Please change the correct system and language on your iPad. Use the key combination Fn + iOS (D) to switch systems, and Ctrl + Space to switch to English.
2. Caps Lock key not working?
Go to Settings > General > Keyboard > Hardware Keyboard > Caps Lock Language Switch and turn this option off.
Note: Before first use, please make sure the keyboard is fully charged (usually 2–3 hours) for optimal performance.
